I think you need to reread my letter concerning what I have been through with this piece of junk clothes dryer!! I have had service techs out here a number of times as I stated. There is a problem that the techs said cannot be fixed!!I DONT NEED YOUR PRODUCT LINK FOR TROUBLESHOTTING!!!!!(YOU SAID.....I am a valued Whirlpool customer and we appreciate this opportunity to address my inquiry.) It certainly does not appear that you are addressing my concerns and desires.
It's as though you did not even read my letter! And it looks as though you replied with only a form letter you send to everyone!

My clothes dryer is not even a year old I've had people out here to service it at least four times and it still has problems there are a couple of things the technician told me they could not correct and I want to see about returning this piece of crap you need to stand behind your products this is nothing but crap even the technicians that have been here and said it's a piece of crap and I want to return it or replace it. I have tried over and over to get a live person on your customer service phone lines, at a couple of different numbers you show to call, and all I get are recordings, recordings!
How can I speak to a live person??
I have a Whirlpool clothes dryer that is not even a year old yet and I have had at least four service calls and there are still problems with the machine. I even took out an extended warranty on it since it seems to be a lemon. They even put a new mother board in it, so they say. The technicians have told me that one of the problems cannot be fixed.
Your company needs to stand behind this and do the right thing. I want to get rid of this piece of crap. Even the technicians that have been out here say, it's a piece of crap!
Every time I go to use it there is always something wrong!
It was bought at home depot and of course they won't take it back now. This is your product and I think you should do the right thing and refund the cost or replace it with another dryer.
