I placed a call with Hirsch's in Fourways Johannesburg South Africa whirlpool to come out to check my microwave as it was not heating they asked me did it have a error code i said yes but I can't remember I think F1 but not 100% sure as it did not give me error codes all the time

Next day a technician came pass while I was not at home my domestic opened the door for him, he was at my home for not even 2 minutes, when I arrived home I asked my domestic if he fixed the microwave she said technician said I did not plug in my microwave probably to the socket, (like I am so *** not to know how to plug in a microwave), I phoned him as I had his cell number and told him that the microwave is not working he said he return back, but he never did, I phoned back to Hirsch to complain about the microwave now they say I have to pay a call out fee cause it's no longer under warranty, i personally phoned whirlpool and spoke to the supervisor called Allan that was so rude and he said I have to pay call out fee, I find it so unfair that I have to pay while whirlpool technicians don't know what they doing, I tried explaining to whirlpool my story all staff where rude and spoke back to me like I am an ***

I will remove this microwave from my kitchen and install a Samsung

Promise I will let everyone I know newspapers, all social media how whirlpool has the worst service
