Brought a washing machine in 2012 its a cabrio.2nd time motor went out.
Looking lid problems. Replace wiring harness finally after wire kept coming loose. Replace control panel. Its under waranty but it takes all american appliance forever to get parts to fix.
Cant get ahold of anyone to complain to. Been with out washing a month and still waiting on parts. Always back ordered. Last time he worked on it and said good.
Nope had to call em back the same day.
Never again will i go thru this.Atleast not with whirlpool.
