Whirlpool sold me a dishwasher that did not work properly from the first day.
I've had about 9 different service appointments, of which 3 times they didn't show up. Once they called me at the end of the 4 hour window, to tell me that they weren't coming and that I needed to re-book, and the other times they showed up, they didn't fix the problem and/or they were rude.
After escalating my concerns to their 'corporate representatives', all they would do was apologize, and they wanted me to re-book. They refused to do anything about all the missed appointments and last-minute changed appointment times.
The dishwasher still doesn't work.
It's the last Whirlpool product I buy.
