Details
Range top pan which is at sealed gas burners was a beautiful shiny black . Now it has a stain half as large as your hand, and whirlpool refuses to replace it even though it's still under warranty. They said it cosmetic. We have six whirlpool/Maytag major appliances. Won't buy them ever again. Really disappointed.

If you have a complaint about whirlpool ; write to your state atty generals office consumer complaints. Take pictures of problem and be very specific as to problem and dates of any contacts with whirlpool. I did and I got an extended warrantee after the 1year warranty....
