I purchased a Whirlpool upright freezer from Hirsch in 2007. In December 2010, the freezer stopped freezing.
In January 2011, it was repaired by Hirsch's technician. The problem recurred in April 2011. Again, the technician replaced the same component. In May 2011, the problem recurred, and yet again the technician, replaced the same component.
In June, the same problem recurred.The same component was again replaced. The Whirlpool technician, checked all the components and stated the freezer and was OK.
The freezer remained in Hirsch's workshop for three and a half weeks. On September 14, the problem recurred.
