My Whirlpool refrigerator/bottom freezer has been serviced more than 7 times in 2 years. The freezer freezes and the top gets warm.
Something freezes over. It was serviced so many times over the years that we finally started defrosting it ourselves. Unplugged it for 2 days or so and then it would work. Very convenient!
The technicians would come and always had a different answer. It was never fixed. In May a part was replaced. 4 months later, same problem.
We have thrown out more food than I care to remember. I have taken off so much time from work. Extended warranty with PC Richards. Technicians not too knowledgeable.
Customer service poor. It needs to be replaced!
