Our microwave is nine months old. Whirlpool customer line gives no satisfaction whatsoever to get something to use. They only tell us to
bring it to a repair shop and then they recommend two parts for them to order.
I am told that my representative registered a complaint, but nothing ever
happens with them.
The warranty is worthless if there is no time limit on how long we wait for
something to use. If a Whirlpool refrigerator went out would we be expected to wait for it to be repaired for a length of time that could be endless? Poor service!
