I recently had the light bulb in my Microwave burn out or to be more exact explode. When we tried to change the bulb, the construction of the bulb assembly required that the assembly had to be removed in order to replace the bulb.

What *** designed something that would require a technician to replace a light bulb.

If I had to replace it myself it would not have been replaced, fortunately my son is an electronics tech so he replaced it. Light bulbs burn out, they should be simple to replace, not require a de-construct to change them.
