I bought a fully automatic top loaded whirlpool machine in 2010 . The machine always troubled me ..

But in 2014 it caught fire and burned completely . I called up the team and I explained them that the fire was not from the plug point but it was Because of some fault in the machine . They finally said they will replace it.

But are now demanding invoice as they know no one will keep the invoice after 1 year of purchase of product . I want to file the case against the company for putting our life in danger for a product that was faulty .

Review about: Whirlpool Washing Machine.

I generally keep invoices that long on major purchases. I think many people do.

Have you checked with the retailer you purchased the unit through for a copy of said invoice or to see if you may have purchased an extended warranty that would assist you in replacing it? I believe the unit you are speaking of could be one of their Cabrio line. Generally this is overall good quality.

Personally, I like LG's top loaders. Some of them use a design they call Waveforce and produce overall better cleaning.
