I purchased a Frontloading Whirlpool Gold Washing machine in September 2010. It already needs to have the Drum replaced, the bearrings are bad.

It is going to take over a month to have it repaired. They only order parts when they have a large enough order, so the delivery date is May 11th. That will be over a month without a new machine. They don't make appliances to last anymore.

It should not have gone bad yet in the first place, and Whirlpool Warranty are not helpful.

They will not replace the machine, I just have to wait until???? the parts were suppose to be in on April 25th.
