Purchased Wall Oven November 2012.Quit working March 30, 2015.

Took 30 Days before it was fixed. My comment is not with the product. It is with the so called Whirlpool Extended Service. If you purchase this, it is serviced by Assurant Solutions, a "third Party" who has no idea what "Customer Service" is.I responded to their offer of extending the service one year, gave my Credit Card number and they charged it.

never got a response or confirmation of the extension. Three calls to there Company with no results. Finally just disputed the charge with my Visa Card Co.

I am just letting the situation die.Still no response

and it has been 3 Months.
