We needed a new oven and assumed Whirlpool would provide a quality product....big mistake. Our 27 inch double oven 'whirls' all right, with a sound like a blizzard blowing through the kitchen from the time you turn it on until it cools down...often close to an hour later.

The Whirlpool service tech came out, and we were basically told that 'this is normal' and just the way the oven works. We are totally dissatisfied and in fact stunned that we were sold a product of such faulty quality by a supposedly upstanding company. And if Whirlpool reads these complaints....newsflash...we're not going away.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of defective oven. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of whirlpool oven and associated monetary loss in the amount of $2000. Whirlpool needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
