We always had GE ovens. Our first for 10 years, it sold with our first home, our second for 19 years before a heating coil broke.

This occurred at Christmas in December 2009. We went to Lowe's to replace our oven/range. The salesman talked us into a Whirlpool. In March of 2011 the oven quit working.

This oven had been used maybe 24 times. Whirlpool will not stand behind this product. 3 Months past the 1 year warranty and they say we have to pay ourselves to have this fixed.

This is not acceptable. The company should stand behind their faulty manufactured product.
