Since purchasing the Cabrio Washer in 2006, we have encountered:

* Clothes come out smelling worse than they went in

* Strange and Loud noises

* Main control board failed (2010) - $$$

* Softner dispenser doesn't dispense

* Bearings have seized on the drive shaft (2012) - $$$

* Whirlpool's Customer Service Dept doesn't care...if it's not a "know problem" than it's not our problem

It's hard to understand how this company who use to stand for quality now doesn't care about quality or customer satisfaction.

As a loyal Whirlpool customer for 25 years, its now time to buy other brands.
