Whirlpool - Spontaneously broken, cracked control panel
What an utter bowel movement of a company. My refrigerator (Whirlpool Refrigerator Model WRX735SDBM02) is brand new and already the surface of the control panel is flaking and peeling away.
ย They company says this is "cosmetic" and I maintain they stuck me with a substandard product that has manufacturing defects. ย Quality products and materials do not spontaneously disintegrate without cause. ย I could understand the problem if mine was a busy house but I live alone and have touched the control panel probably 3 times since I have owned the appliance. ย This refrigerator cannot remain in my home looking as it does.
ย They need to stand behind their products and they're refusing to do so. ย They used substandard manufacturing and/or substandard materials or this would not have occurred. ย It's only a matter of time before the whole control panel fails. ย BUYER BEWARE OF WHIRLPOOL.
ย This refrigerator has had 3 service visits now. ย Community open houses this weekend, everyone coming into my home will see this sign on my fridge.
It's staying up until the control panel is fixed. 3 people so far have seen and commented on it today.
