I bought a new side-by-side Amana refrigerator on the 3rd week of November. When it was delivered, it needed several shelves, including a meat/cheese drawer. I had never heard of a refrigerator before that, that did not have a meat/cheese drawer. I called Whirlpool and gave them the serial and model number of the refrigerator and worked with the operator, who said he had 35 years of experience, to be sure the right parts would come.I needed a meat/cheese drawer, an extra door bin and a freezer shelf. So on December 5th, I ordered those parts. The order was expensive, at over $400 for those few parts. I was told I would receive an invoice via e-mail within a few minutes. I never received any invoice at all.When the parts came, only the door bin fit. Instead of a small cheese/meat drawer, they sent a huge bin. The freezer shelf also was too long. I looked through the boxes for any invoice--there was none. So I spent almost $80 to ship the parts that did not fit, back to the company.When I received no refund, I e-mailed their customer service. I received a reply telling me to call the company. After being told by 3 different departments that my order did not exist, my e-mail did not exist, etc. I was finally told that oh, yeah, they did have a record of my order but since they did not know what address I sent the parts back to, they could not give me a refund.This process has been exhausting, disappointing and very expensive. I do not recommend Amana or ay Whirlpool products because though their robo-assistant on the phone kept insisting how important customers are, they take no responsibility whatsoever for any accountability on their part.

The technician who came to check out my washer lid ordered a new lid, both hinges, and bearings. The parts were back-ordered, but they are supposed to ship out to my home tomorrow. The Whirlpool technician is currently scheduled to come in to install the parts on...

Purchased my washer 12/2018; I Was not aware of any problem with the lid until yesterday, Aug 2019. The lid to my washer shattered before my eyes.

Now after reading all the complaints about this same problem and Whirlpool being aware of it, i demand a refund for both washer and dryer.

I bought the dryer because it mached the washer. This is ridiculous.

My lid cracked by the left hinge last night I have had my washer since 3/11. So not happy.

I have a whirlpool imperial washer I bought in 1989 still working in my rental house unfortunately I can’t take it out of the rental since my tenants are using it. Will order the new lid but as other reviewers have stated this is the last time I buy whirlpool products

Absolutely agree that this oven is worthless. It came with our almost new house.

I just ran the cycle twice and it doesn’t work.

THIS {{Redacted}}' WHIRLPOOL CABRIO WASHER IS DISGUSTING! Everytime I look up I constantly get a SD-CODE on my washer, due to the fact; that the HUB in the washer keep wearing out every 2 or 3 washes , which is costing me more , and more money to fix this *** .

I had the same problem, so I exchanged the range for another one only to have the same issue. This range is dangerous!!!!

There must be something wrong with the oven door not shutting properly. You can feel heat escaping from the oven and the top of the door gets to hot to touch at a temperature of 190 degrees. I burned my leg while taking something out of the oven.

Do not purchase this range. Buyer beware!!
