I bought French door refrigerator on nov.2017. the freezer stopped working on January and a day later refrigerator stopped working too.

Since then it has been a nightmare. Every month we have service man in our house. They have changed the motor in freezer, refrigerator all the sealing and many other parts. I have contacted ,Lowes that we bought it from them many time, but they can not do anything.

I have contacted whirlpool they say if it is not repairable they change it.so I have to live with his nightmare that every morning I wake up it has stopped working and my food is spoiled. I can not invite anyone for dinner for fear of my refrigerator, or freezer will stop working and I go out of ice or ice cream is melted

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
