This complaint is not attended yet in-spite of the fact it is 6 days old.
complaint for this machine for similar fault is being raised since April 2016.
Technicians visited on every complaint in April and makes the machine functional for few days.
During the month of may due to repeated complaint of the same nature machine is called back to the factory workshop by companies employees / technicians and hefty invoice of Rs.5800 is raised on us which we have paid.
Since the machine was checked thoroughly at the factory / company's service center during May 2016 the company approached us for renewal of of AMC (Home Care Plan)
This plan was renewed by us on payment of Rs. 3190/- which is effective from 18/7/2016 to 17/7/2017.
To our regret the same problem has reoccurred and we have been complaining since july and their technicians visiting have been saying one or the other reasons. the machines only runs for a day or two.
The area supervisor is Mr Dinesh contact number 09212405010 who also rund his own business in the name DISHA ENTERPRISES authorized Whirlpool service center
He has advised us to get the Home Care Plan cancelled since it not valid and you can take refund since the machine is tampered.
Please note that the machine was always looked after by Whirlpool technicians only from there service center. Since the purchase of the machine it was under AMC for 2 years you can check your records.
The machine was only taken our for repair by your technicians in May 2016 and it was brought back tampered
We want justice and the machine to be functional immediately
