I purchased a whirlpool refrigetator back in May 2017. Door grinds, icemaker stopped working after seven months.

Have made four attempts to have Whirlpool come out and repair. They tell me I have a 4 hour window appt... Chose an afternoon appointment. Tech called me at 11am to tell me he is in route.

I was at work. Appt was resceduled..but was cancelled because tech called in. Now they tell me no appoints..just be ready when they call.

It is very hard to get time off even months in advance with my employer. Whirlpool rep was very rude.
