we had a whirpoll refrigerator for over 10 months with no service , no ice for the first few months, called called, called, no respond, then in march went out completly, called called and still the same refr sits in our kitchen and whirpoll has til yet to correct this problem, all of our food was lost in refr along with going the entire summer with no cold water in the house, we were just told today they understand how we fell,apparently not because the person on the other end has had a refr. my husband is a 20 year vet. 78 years old and this is how whirpoll service customer,i even sent a letter in two whirpoll coporate office and nothing was done, seven or eight person has been out to fix this problem but still no cold water nor food in our box i wil bee sending picture to the news media today, disgrace
