My sister purchased a Whirlpool French Door Refrigerator W10706341A from Sears on June 21, 2017 for $4,278.93. Since then it has quit working twice.

She purchased extended warranty (which you shouldn’t have to on a NEW frig!). The technician took three weeks to come the first time, which is a VERY LONG TIME to be without a frig when you’re working full time. Now the second time it happened this week they’re saying it will be ONE MONTH before they can send some. HOW CAN A $4000+ frig NOT WORK TWICE IN ONE YEAR????

My sister purchased a $3500+ frig from Sears in June of 2016. The freezer quit freezing 3X during that time and now it quit entirely. French door model as well. The dishwasher in her spec house that was NEVER used and sat for 9 months would not work after the house was sold.

All purchased from SEARS.

Think again before buying from Sears. They are going under and cannot stand behind their appliances any longer.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $8500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Quality of expensive appliance.
