I had bought whirlpool washing machine (6th sense,fully automatic) in 26th April, 2010. Past two months I had a problem with the machine in TUB.

I was register my complaint in local service center.(villupuram) by phone. A man came and check the machine then told that we must change the TUB. I said OK.then he goes with advance Rs.100. After one week gone, there nobody to attend the service.

Again I rang the same old number(villupuram) then they says some foolish excuses.Another day a new guy brought a TUB, which was unfit to my machine. Then he said the first guy gave a wrong unit. he goes. After two weeks,i tried to contact both persons but i can't.

Then i had register my complaint to the Chennai center.(Reg.No: 09708) They said to me my problem will be clear in 24 hrs. But the next day a man came and take the unfit TUB from my home and promise me he will come with the correct size TUB in the next day. But till today there is nobody to service. In between i had complaint 4 times in Chennai center.

Please solve my problem quickly. Unless I will file a case in consumer court.

Monetary Loss: $14450.
