We bought a Cabrio Whrilpool in 2006. We also bought the extended warranty.(Thank Goodness).

Our warsher had had to be worked on 4 times. Each time it has taken to long for them to schedule someone to come out. This last time we have to have the tub completely replaced. It has been two months and they stil have not sent anyone out.

They have rescheduled twice on us and we have had very poor customer service.

They have been very rude to us like it is our fault there appliance is a piece of ***... Please always read your consumer reporting before buying...They don't mind taking your money...They do mind correcting there problem.
