Purchased Whirlpool refrigerator from Sears in Overland Park, KS last week of December 2014 with promised delivery date of February 6th 2015. Received call Feb.
2 that delivery will be delayed until Feb. 13. Received another call Feb. 3 that delivery will be delayed until Feb.
19. Only communication between Sears & Whirlpool is via email. Can't talk to a person to get this resolved. Sears mentioned they have been dealing with this for 10 years.
Why would Sears offer this shabby service to their customers? We will never purchase a whirlpool appliance again & will never shop from Sears again.
