whirlpool refrigrator service boy took money promising to repair ,faild to show up

i have lodged a complain to whirlpool services that my refridgerator door was broken pls replace,the repair boy came he noted the problem said he il come two days later .
he brought a non transperant door ,but mine is transperant one ,he promised me to come 3 days later ,we paid him service charges.
he didnt turn up till now!
i calld whirl pool services on this issues two times with time gap of 3 days each as they askd so.
now today they r not responding properly even on phone
