Whirlpool gives horrible service

I bought a Whirlpool Duet Sport washer and dryer on 11/29/2007. The washer broke 3 months later. It's been more than two weeks and two service calls later and the problem is worse, not better.
Now, I have a damaged floor because the 'fixed' washer holds no water and just drains it all over the floor. Whirlpool "customer service" just keeps scheduling service calls.
The 'cost of ownership' of this washer is high. I've taken 2, soon to be 3 days off work. I've spent $100 at the laundromat. Now, I'll also be replacing a floor.
