whirlpool and their thermal couple problem

this problem with whirlpool hot water tank got me so upset i`ve had to replace the thermal couple on three occasions and guess what i went out again this morning and i is costing me money they speak of a settlement which will probably take years to settle is poor sevice for us the consumers i am very unhappy.this has really cost my family great head aches and i have been very frustrated by this and trying to speak with someone about the issue is almost impossible all i want is for this problem to go away without me having to spend a fortune.
